Norm Gardner Norm has established and is sole owner of a concrete construction business based in the Northern Territory. The business operates Tiltup construction, concrete supply, and quarrying crushing and screening. His company has been involved in significant mining projects in NT, SA, and WA, including development and operation of the backfill plant at the Granites Gold Mine. Norman has an in depth knowledge of the construction requirements of the mining industry. He has also been involved in a number of successful property developments. Norm is a director of ASX listed company Thor Mining PLC. Graham Bubner B Sc(Hons) Graham graduated from Adelaide University with a double geology/geophysics degree in 1976, and a first class Honours degree in geophysics the following year. He gained experience in exploration for multiple commodities including base metals, precious metals, uranium, diamonds, iron ore and coal throughout west-central Australia with CRA Exploration for 16 years. During this time he participated in major discoveries, such as diamonds at Argyle and uranium at Kintyre. Four years at Middleback Ranges in South Australia with firstly BHP Billiton Limited and then Onesteel Limited afforded specific experience in exploration for iron ore. Since then he has serviced many companies, local, national and international, through his own exploration consultancy, AsIs International. Exposure to overseas projects includes time spent in Saudi Arabia, Canada and South Korea. Graham brings to the company broad exploration experience, particularly in uranium, gold and iron oxide systems, and access to extensive geoscience libraries for new project generation. He is a member of the Australian Society of Exploration Geophysicists and Society of Economic Geologists. David Cloke - FCCA David was a partner with Deloitte’s for 30 years and has had over 40 years’ experience in the accounting profession in Australia and Central Africa. He was Managing Partner of Deloitte’s three offices in the Northern Territory and a member of that partnership’s national management board in Australia. He has a strong audit background and has been the lead partner responsible for the audits of national and international mining companies. He is now finance director for a substantial property company in the Northern Territory. Michael Kevin Ashton Mick Ashton owns a timber manufacturing business located in South Australia. He provides his products Australia and world wide. He is also a major shareholder in a successful exploration drilling company located in Victoria. They have operations all over Australia as well as in Botswana and Zambia in Africa. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the exploration and mining industries which date back 40 years. Mick is a director of ASX listed company Thor Mining PLC. Phil Lockyer Dip Met; Assoc Min Eng; M Sc Minerals Econ Phil Lockyer has more than 40 years experience in the minerals industry and has held managerial positions in nickel, gold, lead and zinc operations, including managerial positions with WMC Resources Limited; as Executive Director of Operations and Projects for Dominion Mining Limited; and as Executive Director of Operations for Resolute Limited. A graduate from the WA School of Mines (Mining Engineering) and the former Ballarat School of Mines (Metallurgy), Mr Lockyer is currently Chairman of the Minerals and Energy Research Institute of W.A. and is non-executive Director of Saint Barbara Limited, Focus Minerals Limited, CGA Mining Limited and Swick Mining Services Limited.
